(Mineral Turpentine-Based Acrylic Resin with Matting Agent) MM15 Matt Varnish produces a hard, non-yellowing, protective coatingwith a subdued sheen formulated to match the sheenof Matisse paint films. It is nearly invisible. Strippable, the varnish re-dissolves in mineral turpentine which has no effect on Matisse acrylic paints; thus a painting may be completely cleaned andre-surfaced without affecting the paint. Ideal for use in restoration (may be used on oil paintings).Also called Retouch Varnish.
